About Madam Moon
I transformed Madam Moon from a hobby to now a business. I specialize in making goats milk bath and body products, soy candles, wax tarts, tutu dresses,lip balms, body scrubs, and bath salts\soaks.
As I create more items and they meet my standards I will continue to expand Madam Moon. I make products for all ages of men, women, and children. All products are made in small batches to ensure quality. Every product listed is tested to ensure quality prior to sale. If I won’t use it on my family, I will not sell it to yours. Each item is labeled according to law.
I will always appreciate feedback – if you love something let me know, if you don’t like something then I want to hear about that as well. I can only improve with the support of my customers.
Madam Moon is a USA company, operating in Michigan. I take a strong preference to USA made products and will use them wherever possible – and likewise strive to keep the products as natural as possible

Shipping Policy
Madam Moon is currently charging a flat rate of $3.99 per order. Everything is shipped via the United States Postal Service.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of these products, once a package has left my hands I can no longer vouch for the contents – all products are made, labeled in accordance with law, I then seal it in a tamper-resistant packaging. Therefore, to protect the integrity of my products I do not accept returns.
Refund Policy
Madam Moon does not provide refunds based on the above return policy. There are too many individuals looking to get free products and scam businesses of their hard earned money. If you have any complaints or issues with your product, Madam Moon will strive to resolve it with you in a reasonable manner, while still maintaining the policies set forth.

Madam Moon assumes no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use (or misuse) of their products. While all products are tested, Madam Moon can not guarantee that the products will agree with everyone. As per policies defined above, once a package has been shipped, as a company we can no longer vouch for it’s contents. Therefore Madam Moon does not accept returns.

Where are you located in Michigan? Can I pick up the soap directly from you? Do you go to craft shows?
I am located in Jackson. I do offer free local pick up. I do attend craft shows when I can, currently I have no shows scheduled.

I do not have a physical store as I run my business out of my home. When I do craft shows/fairs I post the information to where I am at on my facebook page @ https://www.facebook.com/madamm00n/ if you would like to see that info there. I can also arrange to meet you with products if you are local to the Jackson, Mi area so you can see them.
